White Feather

A White Feather


It was my second mummy's memorial two days back and I gathered a few jasmines at our doorsteps for prayer. As I put them at the feet of Mother Mary's statue, a clean white soft feather was stuck on my palm. I had no idea as I did not see it while plucking the flowers.

But, then I remembered... reading somewhere about the signs of angels or our well-wishing ancestors visiting or trying to give a message. One is White soft feather!

Is it coincidence that it happened on Mummy-2's Memorial Day in July? I don't think so. She had lived in this house and I feel her presence around all the time anyway.
